Shipping policy

Orders will be completed as they are received. If any delays occur such as postal strikes, customers will be notified through an announcement on the homepage.

Standard processing time for orders are 1-3 business days.

For Canada: Shipping may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

For US/ International: Shipping may take 2-4 weeks days to arrive. International orders are currently closed for the holidays and while navigating tariffs. If you are interested in purchasing, email me at hello@luisaesteban.com and I'll work with you to find a solution.
